Rememberance Parade at Barrow in Furness
8th November 2015

A small contingent of Furness Mark No 36 joined the Remembrance Parade in Barrow in Furness. The weather was atrocious with high winds and heavy bursts of rain, hence no photographs as the service at the Cenotaph was largely conducted under a tent of umbrellas until the wind proved too much.

The Mark wreath was laid by the WM of No 36 Bro Bill Glassey. Ironically, last years wreath was removed a few days earlier having survived the year. Despite the weather the parade was well attended and several hundred people had assembled at the Cenotaph before the parade arrived.
